Shipping Policy
Sup ships to customers within the United States where hemp-derived beverages are permitted by state law. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and affirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that it is legal in your state or locality to receive and consume hemp-derived products.
We strive to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Important Notice:
Sup complies with federal regulations under the 2018 Farm Bill; however, some states may impose additional restrictions on the sale or shipment of hemp-derived beverages. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable state and local laws before placing an order. Sup reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders that conflict with shipping regulations or carrier restrictions related to hemp products.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@supbeverages.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Sup is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
